Returns Policy.

We greatly appreciate your business and trust in a small online retailer. We hope that you’re super happy with your baby changing bag and related products. However, if you wish to return it please ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving it, and with your proof of purchase. Before popping your change bag in the post to us, please email us: info@neoandnessa.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will then advise you on our returns process. Any products returned to us without our agreement will not be processed or refunded.

Please note that all the following must apply in order to qualify for a refund. Your Neo & Nessa baby changing bag, and any of our products must be…

·      in all its original packaging

·      with all its original, fully intact accessories and parts

·      in its original new, unused, fully re-saleable (at full price) condition

Products received not conforming to all the above conditions of return won’t be processed for return or refund.

Please be aware that returning any products and items is your responsibility and at your own risk and cost - including all associated postal charges, and any excess charges that might be incurred by us to receive the items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged bags and items during return shipment.

Refunds are to the purchased value at the point of sale of the product(s) purchased at the time and do not include P&P.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Fingers crossed everything is fine and dandy with your Neo & Nessa baby changing bag. In the case of manufacturing issues, defective change bags are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in original workmanship or materials. Unfortunately the warranty doesn’t cover the following: normal wear and tear; natural deterioration of material and fittings over time; deliberate or accidental damage; abuse; misuse; any form of modification or addition of items, fittings and materials; pets; children, and external factors such as (but not exclusively) water, sand or heat.

Refunds will appear on your bank account under the company’s registered name with Company’s House: Amadora Baby Ltd.
